TA-DA!!!!! ETSY IS HERE!

Haven't been blogging the last week cause I've been working in my SHOP.....that's right....it's finally open....THE FOLK-N-FANCY ETSY SHOP! It's just getting started and I'll be adding as I create. (don't worry I'll let you know when I add!) I have loads of things going on in my head and up my sleeve, so stay tuned and enjoy.

Also, just so you don't think I haven't been crafting, here are some pics of some swap items that have been floating around in the U.S. postal system....
This first one is a tea caddy I made for a swap in swap-bot. I liked this way more than I thought and may have to make up a few for the Etsy Shop.

This is the outside. It would work also for a little credit card holder or even business cards.
Next is a Summer House Exchange over at the HoE group. I love making flat folds so this was bound to be one of those. It's from an old Cross Country Stitcher Magazine (Spring 2004) and is stitched on 28 count evenweaver over two.

And yes, I'm still in love with Dotees!!! This one is the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. The face is a polymer clay mold then painted. I thought it was perfect for her. I made her crown out of aluminum foil.

This one is the tin man from the Wizard of Oz. The material is a silver lame and the face is metal flashing I just cut out and punched holes in to sew to the body. I don't think I took a really good picture of him cause he was adorable.

With that said, I'm off to bed. Had a nice long weekend with an extra day off which gave me time to work on my Etsy Shop. Now it's off to a new work week.....so, till next time yinz crazy guys....
